This premium series explores a mix of a distinctive base from Brazil's Minasul estate, an origin that we have been recently sourcing from due to its commitment to high-quality coffees. It is an exciting natural processed coffee, offering overall complexities and balanced acidity that makes the perfect base for refines espressos. Now it gets interesting, blended with our limited and truly exquisite coffee from La Sirenita, Colombia - we experimented with a new approach that plays around with savoury notes like peanut butter and buttered croissants, with a hint of spice. It is creamy yet smooth in its mouthfeel and makes it amazing on milk-based drinks.
