This Premium series explores a mix of our original base of Brazil's Minasul, an origin that we have contracted from due to its maintenance of consistently high-quality coffees. Located in the Minas Gerais region, it is naturally processed, offering overall complexities and balanced acidity that makes the perfect base for refined espressos.
Blended with our favourite estate from Tanzania, we took a different approach with a mix that plays around with cocoa and sweet fruit flavours which carries a lot of fruit and tea acidity and notes.
It is clean and well structured and makes it amazing on milk-based drinks or your usual black.
