We're thrilled to introduce our first Sweet Series blend this year! This limited house blend is designed to produce the intrinsic sweetness and fruits that we look for in our favourite coffees. These flavours are indeed big. You'll taste chocolate, berries, and even oats. Majority of it is fully washed, which allows layers of sweetness and flavour within a balanced cup.

Brew Temperature: 93˚C
Brew time: 27-30 secs
Volume out: 40-42 ml

*We use a double shot for cup volume that is 7oz and above. The recipe should be taken as a benchmark, and not an absolute as different machines extract in different ways.
