CUPPING

This is where we will evaluate the different characteristics of a particular coffee bean. Cupping allows us to compare and contrast coffees against each other, and allows us to get a better understanding of each coffee so you can make better choices for your coffee shop.

TRAINING

This is where we will help you – or your staff – to improve their coffee-brewing abilities and customer service. It is invaluable for both the barista and the coffee shop so you can serve the best coffee and service possible.
