SHIFTING TO A MORE SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING. As coffee roasters committed to sustainability, the packaging is a crucial component to our business, and we have started the move away from traditional bags. The impact can be significant as every week we go through an average of 300kgs in 1kg packages. For our bigger clients, we use food-grade buckets that fit 3kg of roasted coffees. It is reusable, clean, and airtight, but most importantly it saves us from using too many disposable coffee bags.



Collective Coffee Roaster aims to empower farmers by providing knowledge of the global coffee market including horticulture. Farmers are equipped with regular training to increase productivity, identify bean quality, as well as record keeping and knowledge of farming costing. We also maintain Collective hygiene standards, farmers are provided with hygiene training complete with rules regularly.



As part of Collective Coffee Roaster greener approach, the company provides several solutions to our farmers in order to manage a sustainable environment. Some methods include introducing safe use of fertilisers & agrochemicals, prevention of soil erosion and to minimised water and energy usage. Collective coffee plants are naturally nurtured with the basic conditions of the environment.
