How do I return my Order?

You will have 2 return options:

  1. Returns of Online Purchases via Postal Service
  2. Return at our Retail Roastery Location

1. Returns of Online Purchases

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our Contact Us page or the information below for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with a Return Merchandise Account number and instructions on how to send the items back to us at:

2. Returns at our Retail Roastery Location

At Collective, complete satisfaction with your purchase is a priority. If you have questions or concerns about any of our products you have purchased, please ask a member of our team for assistance. Proof of purchase is necessary for a full refund on hardware and brew equipment.

In-Store Returns Instructions

  1. Simply bring the products in store to one of our teams within 30 days and we will process the return for you. 
  2. Please be sure to bring your proof of order, such as the Receipt or Order Shipment Confirmation email. 
  3. Please note; we can only accept returns according to our return policy.
  4. Our store staff will provide you a manual receipt as your proof of returns.
    1. Please kindly keep that copy for future reference.
